The wonderful folks at Shabby Apple, an online boutique of women’s dresses, asked me if I would pick an item from their website and do a giveaway.

I happily picked the Bali Ha’i dress above. It not only makes me think of the tropics, it comes in a yummy plum hue!
Best of all, I just received my own Bali Ha’i dress today. It felt like Christmas…oh, wait, it IS almost Christmas! For the record, the Bali Ha’i dress is everything I imagined it to be. It’s a gorgeous color, the neckline is pretty, and the fit is fabulous. I love how it flatters the figure, but at knee-length, it’s modest.
