Finally, I got to finish the eyes on my “Arabian Princess” yesterday in art class. It’s been so fun to go from this

Will still be working on it over the next few weeks with clean-up, acrylic details and background.
What I’ve learned so far (which can be applied to writing too):
1. Have an end result in mind.
2. Getting there is an adventure.
3. You can always erase (revise).
4. Patience. Patience. Patience.
5. Don’t expect perfection the first time around.
6. Create something that excites you from the get-go.
7. If you’ve always wanted to draw (or write), you can learn by doing it!
