Friends, revision of my YA historical novel Girl From Gurian is done.
After flinging a million obstacles at my obstinate female protagonist, I finally typed “The End” this morning at 4 a.m.
From 50,000 words as a National Novel Writing Month project in 2007 — to 98, 172 words (424 pages) today.
Thanks to you all for your encouragement and support.
There will be edits, I’m sure, but for now, this portion of my work is
done done done!
