I wrote this song, You’re Lyric to My Melody, in the spring of 2010. I had initially written it as a “secret love” sort of song, and my 14 year old daughter said, diplomatically, “I don’t like the lyrics”. So I rewrote it into this love song, and I am forever grateful to my daughter who is a fabulous first listener/reader.
This song is dedicated to my darling husband, who is the Lyric to my Melody. We will be celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary on Saturday!
