…Jag is a little too much horse for me. He goes off almost on a trot, maybe it was nerves, on both our parts. Bucked for my husband twice and took off on a lope when Drew just wanted to trot. Otherwise he was very sweet, gentle, good ground manners.
So we’ll keep looking.
Meanwhile, I loped on our 20-something sweet old mare Wixie. I don’t do it too often, but after Jag, Wixie felt “safer.” What a rush!
